If you write to us on WhatsApp or by e-mail, we keep your messages in order to reply. Only with your consent, audience measurement cookies collect browsing data (see section 4).
3.Why we use it
To fulfil your order and send your tickets, answer your questions, meet our legal and accounting obligations and, if you accept, measure the audience of the site in order to improve it.
4.Cookies and audience measurement
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. They only set their measurement cookies after your consent, given through the banner shown on your first visit. You can decline, and change your choice at any time with the "Cookies" link at the bottom of each page. Your choice is stored in your browser.
5.Who we share your data with
With our technical providers: Stripe (payment), Hostinger (hosting and e-mail), Make (order notification automation), Google and Microsoft (audience measurement, with your consent) and WhatsApp (messaging). The information needed to carry out an activity (name, number of participants, contact) is passed on to the provider who runs it. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union.
6.Retention
Order data is kept for as long as needed to fulfil the order and to meet our accounting and legal obligations. Audience measurement data follows the retention periods of the tools used.
7.Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, object to its processing or withdraw your consent by writing to contact@dubaitourisme.com. If you live in the European Union, you may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France: the CNIL).
