  4. When do you receive your tickets? After payment, a confirmation email is sent to you. You then receive your tickets and practical information on WhatsApp, usually within a few hours.

  6. Are children taken into account? Child rates and ages are specified activity by activity on each page.
  7. Who answers if there is a problem on the ground? The team answers on WhatsApp at +971 50 593 2700.
