Museum of the Future: closed for a redesign

The Museum of the Future, one of the most photographed buildings in Dubai, closed in mid-September 2026 to renew its visitor experience. A new experience is announced for the first quarter of 2027, around its fifth anniversary. Exact reopening dates have not yet been announced.

Our alternatives: Illusion City (illusion museum, 70 AED child, 90 AED adult), teamLab Phenomena for digital art, and the Dubai Frame for a view over the city.

Burj Al Arab: hotel closed until 2027

The famous sail-shaped hotel closed in April 2026 for its first restoration, lasting about 18 months. Reopening is announced for October 2027. We have therefore removed the "Inside Burj Al Arab" visit from our site.

Our alternatives: admire it on a dhow cruise or a yacht tour, or from Jumeirah beach. Next door, Wild Wadi offers a view of the sail.

Hot air balloon at Atlantis: not available

The hot air balloon flight over Atlantis is not currently available. Discover the desert hot air balloon flight for an unforgettable sunrise.

Dubai Fountain: Boardwalk and Lake Ride

Two Dubai Fountain installations in Downtown Dubai are temporarily closing: the Dubai Fountain Boardwalk promenade from 16 November 2026 to 15 January 2027, and the Dubai Fountain Lake Ride boat trip from 8 December 2026 to 7 January 2027. These dates were communicated to us and may change. If your stay falls within these periods, write to us on WhatsApp: we will adapt your program.

Aquaventure and Lost World combo: prices

The prices for Aquaventure and the combo with the Lost World (formerly the Lost Chambers) are, since 17 October 2026: Aquaventure 295 AED (ages 3 to 7) and 345 AED (age 8 and over), combo with the Lost World 320 AED and 370 AED.
